Standard Service Call is $135. That service call includes the first hour. After the first hour our rate is $105/Hour or $52.50 per half hour.

The following is a basic guideline for our rates and equipment costs. Please text us at 236-886-4510 for a more detailed price. Our guide below is accurate and up to date. Sending us a picture of your issue is the best way to get a detailed estimate. When we have a picture we can identify exact materials and sometimes we can even talk you through basic problems to save you a service call.
Service Call (Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 5:00 pm) - $135 includes 1 hour. After the first hour $47.50 per half hour rounding up.

Hourly Rate (Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 5:00 pm) - $105 per hour or $52.50 per half hour

After Hour Rate (6:00 pm - 6:00 am weekdays) - $220 per hour

Weekends - Please call for details. Rate varies depending on availability.

Building Maintenance Rates - Please call for details

Toilet Disposal - $75 - Covers time and charges at the dump

Fire Place Inspection - $95 - Please inquire about multi unit rate

Equipment Charges
Rate includes equipment cleaning and wear and tear. This equipment is very expensive and costly to maintain.
Toilet Auger - $10 - Small auger for toilets.

Barrel Auger ( 35' Used for smaller drains like bathroom sinks or showers) - $35
​
Drum Auger ( 70' Used for kitchen sinks to 3" drains. Occasionally 4") - $50
​
Large Auger ( 100' Used for main blockages) - $100
​
Jetting Machine ( Used for general drain cleaning. Flushes/cleans drains with high pressure water - $150
